Pantry Essentials: Sirena Tuna


I love the stuff. Especially when quickly tossed in with some diced celery, mushrooms and feta to make a quick snack!

Might I suggest a touch of fresh green section of spring onion - straight from the garden - to add sweetness and olive oil for to smooth texture.

True, I normally add flake salt, balsamic vinigar and olive oil. Ocassionally, I throw in some mint.
