
Recipe:
- Scallops
- Parsley
- Double Cream
- Butter
- White Wine
- Crushed Garlic
Sauce – Mix a chunk of butter parsley and a generous splash white wine in a pan. Bring to Boil. Reduce heat and add cream, nutmeg and salt.
Grill Scallops in shell for 5 minutes.
Pour sauce into each shell and serve.
